During checkout, you will be able to select from a variety of shipping options that provide a range of shipping costs and delivery times. Generally speaking, the more expensive shipping options are faster and Fedex options are the most secure.
Estimates for 1-Day , 2-Day and 3-Day delivery of Priority Mail are made by the Post Office and our experience has shown that they are not always accurate. On the other hand, estimates provided by Fedex (such as 2 Day and Overnight) have high degree of accuracy, especially for orders placed before 1 p.m. on a weekday
Most items ship from our headquarters warehouse in Durham, N.C., but we also fulfill some orders from New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Michigan, Georgia, and California. Please keep in mind that it can take a week or more for items to travel from coast to coast via Ground and that weekends and holidays can slow delivery. If you can't wait, please select an expedite shipping method, such as Fedex Overnight, 2 Day or Express Saver.
If you select free, economy shipping, some items on your order may travel from one warehouse to another to be consolidated in a single shipment. This can delay shipment a few days.

Customer Service personnel are available weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time and can help you determine the best shipping method for your needs.
We welcome APO/FPO orders and are glad to ship to our men and women in uniform, as well as the many civilians supporting them. We do not consider APO and FPO shipments to be international, and we ship to APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail.
Most mail is delivered to APO/FPO addresses within one to two weeks.
We occasionally receive a non-standard APO/FPO address, some of which are non-deliverable. Please provide a full and correct address and do not include any country name other than the United States.
Some items we sell are not allowed to ship via air. These include items that are flammable or contain small quantities of hazardous materials. This includes matches, aerosol cans, lighters, and similar products. These items cannot be shipped overseas, to APO addresses or to Alaska, Hawaii, and other addresses outside the continental U.S. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions will be cancelled.
Some states also restrict the sale of items, most notably high capacity magazines. There are also restrictions on armor plates, pepper spray and other select products. While we will cancel all orders that we are aware violate local laws, it is ultimately your responsibility to adhere to local laws.
We are pleased to offer international shipping and we specialize in shipping to Canada, Australia, the UK and much of Europe. We also ship to a limited number of countries in Asia and South America. If your country does not appear on the pull-down menu during checkout, then we do not ship to your location.
We offer multiple methods of international shipping, but they usually break down into two categories: slow and cheap or fast and expensive. If you select a slow and cheap method, please expect your package to take from two to three weeks for delivery, sometimes longer due to delays in customs. Expedited shipping usually arrives in four to seven business days and is highly recommended for international orders.
We encourage our international customers to use PayPal as their method pf payment and to provide a PayPal verified address. If your credit card is being declined, please check out with payPal instead.
Please note that customs duty and taxes are your responsibility and will be assessed upon or prior to delivery. Our commercial invoices accurately reflect the amount you paid and we will not falsify customs documentation or send items as gifts. If an item is returned by customs for any reason, including your refusal to pay customs duty or taxes, you will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
The buyer is also responsible for knowing any import restrictions for the destination country. If an item or order is seized by customs or destroyed by customs, we will not refund the purchase price or shipping. You, the buyer, assume financial responsibility for the loss and any legal ramifications for attempting to import prohibited items.
In general, the apparel and MOLLE gear we sell are eligible for international sale, however some items cannot be exported for a variety of legal and logistical reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those we think may be fraudulent or for prohibited items. We will not export the following:
Aresols and pressurized sprays
Batons, Night sticks and Truncheons
Body armor and armor plates
Gun parts and accessories
Matches and other flammable materials
Weapon mounted optics
All items ship FOB Origin. This means that once we have safely delivered it into the hands of Fedex, the Postal Service, or another carrier, we are not responsible for any damage, loss or other non-delivery or miss-delivery issues (it does happen, although rarely). We will gladly work with you to help you sort out any problem and to facilitate delivery, but once it is out of ours hands we can no longer be responsible for your item.
Address Accuracy and Address Correction:
Our systems automatically ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure its accuracy. We also reserve the right to pass along to you any fees assessed by the carrier to address-correct your package once it is underway.
If you provide an inaccurate address or your package is refused or returned for any reason that is not our fault, we will not refund you the shipping costs and may assess an additional charge if the carrier charges us to return the item to us (a common practice). If you want us to re-ship your item, you will have to pay shipping costs a second time. If you do not want it re-shipped, we will treat your package as if it was a return.
If you return an item that was shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping that item from the amount of your refund.
